L'ENIGMA DEL TEMPO
Su una fotocopia abbiamo letto le opinioni di persone
che fanno lavori diversi che dicono cosa pensano sia il tempo:
-
Un fisico: "Il tempo è uno dei due blocchi
su cui è costruito l'universo, l'altro è lo spazio!"
- Un orologiaio: "Il tempo è il <tic tac> dell'orologio!"
- Un scrittore di fantascienza: "Il tempo è la quarta dimensione!"
- Un biologo: "Il tempo è quell'orologio interno ad animali e piante
che li tiene in sincronia con la natura!"
- Un banchiere: "Il tempo è denaro!"
- Un monaco buddista: "Il tempo è la contemplazione degli eterni cicli
della natura!"
- Io: "Il tempo è una cosa astratta che passa molto velocemente senza
che noi ce ne accorgiamo!"
Ogni persona ha detto quello che pensava in base al proprio lavoro e
agli oggetti che usa durante il suo tempo.
Secondo Feynman (fisico che ha ricevuto il premio Nobel) il tempo è:
- ciò che accade quando non accade nient'altro;
- una delle cose che probabilmente non possiamo definire;
- quello che già sappiamo;
- quanto aspettiamo.
La definizione di tempo si basa sulla ripetizione di qualche evento
apparentemente periodico (cioè che si ripete con regolarità nel tempo).
Processi irreversibili
I processi irreversibili servono per "ordinare" tutti gli avvenimenti,
cioè per stabilire una serie ordinata di "prima" e di "dopo" o un ordine
di tempo.

On a photocopy we have read the opinions of persons
who make various jobs about the time:
- A physicist: "the
time is one of the two blocks on which the universe is constructed, the
other is the space!"
- A watchmaker:: "the time is the < tic
tac > of the clock!"
- A science fiction writer: "the time is
the quarter dimension!"
- A biologist: "the time is
the inner clock of animals and plants that holds them in
synchrony with the nature!"
- A
banker: "the time is money!"
- A buddhist monk: "the
time is the contemplation of the eternal cycles of the
nature!"
- For me: "the
time is an abstract thing that passes fastly inadvertently!
Every
person have said that they think in accordance
with their jobs and with the objects that they use.
In the opinion of Feynman (physicist who received
the Nobel prize ) the time is:
- that happens when nothing happens';
- a thing
that we probably cannot define;
- what
we already know;
- how much we wait for.
The time definition is based on
the repetition
of some apparently
periodic event ( that is repeated
with regularity).
Irreversible processes
The irreversible processes
allow "to
order" all the events,
they allow us to establish
what is "before" and
what is "after".
