Playing the DNADNA can be represented in a variety of ways, which can provide different visual perspectives of molecular structure. DNA can also be aurally represented when a correspondence is created between the bases and musical notes, as seen in Dr. David Deamer's earlier work DNA Suite (1983). We have played in our school, using the original compositions (with the permission from the original musics) that you can find in this website:http://ndbserver.rutgers.edu/ndbmodule/education/music/music-about.html
Our musical instruments: treble flutes; guitars; piano; cymbals; synthesizer.
